Overall: Junior Santos is a massive human with a XXXL frame and still a teenager. In 2018, Santos signed for $275,000 as a 16-year old out of the DR and was so effective in the DSL that he earned a stateside promotion prior to turning 17. Despite pitching in the States in 2018 and 2019, there is almost no video of Junior which makes it very difficult to evaluate him. What we do know is that he has a top of the scale frame, a fastball that sits mid-90s, decent command for his size, and the Mets have been incredibly aggressive with his assignments -- at 17, he was nearly 4 years younger than the average Appy League pitcher in 2019. Being so big so young, it's likely that conditioning could be a factor throughout his career. It's tough to gauge Santos' ceiling without seeing his repertoire (he's reported to feature a slider and changeup) in games, but with his size, velocity, and the Mets' aggressiveness with him, there's a good chance he develops into a Major League reliever at the least.
