Physical Description: Average build that is without much projection. High-waisted and thicker lower half. Physically looks like a 2B or 3B, but is athletic enough to stick at SS.

Hit: Mirror image, upright stance with his knees slightly bent. Big leg kick from the right side, less so from the left. Uses his whole body to generate above-average bat speed. Level swing that creates natural lift. Shows a tendency to overswing which is common for players his age. Impacts the ball better from the right side but shows an advanced ability to make contact from both sides. He's mostly a slap hitter from the left side at the moment. Pitches down and away give him trouble but he's generally able to foul them off to stay alive. There's some swing and miss to his game which can be normalized with a better approach and additional reps from the left side. There are reasons to project a future average or better hit tool but he has a number of adjustments to make. Grade: 45

Power: Average raw power during BP from both sides. Mostly pull side. He hasn't gotten to it much in-game because his left-handed stroke lags behind the right. As he cuts down his aggressiveness and becomes more comfortable in the box from the left side, he should be able to reach more power. For now he's mostly a gap hitter. Grade: 40

Field: Smooth actions in the field. Good body control allows him to make some flashy plays while moving laterally. Excels moving to his left. Keeps the ball in front of him and doesn't make many mistakes. He has above-average awareness and gets a good jump on ground balls. Average or better range. Has experience at both SS and 2B and the tools profile at either. Grade: 55

Arm: Gets the ball out quick. Strong arm that even plays deep in the hole. Some effort in the motion. Throws were mostly on target in limited looks. Grade: 55

Run: Average times in the 60 yd. dash as an amateur. Average straight-line speed. Shows good awareness on the base paths despite not being a real threat to steal. Timed at 4.28 to 1B from the right side. Grade: 40

Overall: Sanquintin is one of many SS prospects stewing in Cleveland's lower levels. All of his tools could be average or better in time, but he's raw enough with the bat to suggest he'll be a slow mover. His tools fit at SS, but his body may restrict him if he adds any additional bulk and loses a step in the field. A well-rounded and potentially average everyday 2B is a reasonable upside, assuming he makes the necessary gains with the stick.

Physical Description: Strong, thick, maxed out body. Muscled across entire frame with large thighs and butt that immediately stand out. Lower half like an NFL running back. Upper body is less pronounced but still noticeably strong with broad shoulders. A little soft in the midsection, will have to watch conditioning to maintain athleticism.

Hit: Sets up tall with moderate leg bend. Hands sit shoulder height about a foot away from the body; slight wiggle. Stance a little wider than average; straight on to the pitcher. Trigger is slight torso coil followed by a minor step toward pitcher. Hands drift back just a hair. Quiet before exploding on the ball with violent swing. Bat path is steep vertically with plenty of loft - enough that he may struggle with high fastballs. Strong hands and forearms provide Average to above-average bat speed. Swings hard looking to drive the ball in the air. Definite swing and miss issues and struggles to square up good pitching. Will chase spin, especially against lefties. Average patience and zone feel; will work a walk. Hunts a pitch to drive but lack of barrel control betrays him and fails to capitalize sometimes. No real two-strike approach. Three true outcome profile who will strike out a lot. Grade: 30

Power: Big raw power here, plus to double plus due to his strong lower half and hands. Max exit velo over 113MPH in limited in-game appearances; might be a little more in the tank, too. No trouble generating bat speed, ball jumps off the bat when he connects. Lack of feel for barrel limits game power to average or so. Mistake masher without barrel control to punish good pitches. Grade: 50

Field: Fring-average actions and movements at first. Passable but not going to win any gold gloves. Limited range and hands are soft enough but not necessarily soft. Not enough athleticism to profile anywhere else. Has already been replaced defensively late in close games, most likely to DH. Grade: 40

Arm: Very limited looks. Powerful body provides average zip. Won't matter much unless throwing to second on a double play or finishing a relay. Grade: 50

Run: Lumbering runner who will probably never take 3three bases at a time. Needs time to go 1st to 3rd; slow starter. Below average runner underway, but limited chances to get there. Grade: 30

Overall: Lefty slugger with 1B/DH defensive profile. Big time power but won't translate enough to games due to poor hit tool. Probably not a big leaguer if he's right handed. Below average defender at first who will spend more time DH'ing, further limiting opportunities for bat to get in the lineup. Contact issues and suspect defense likely keep him from regular playing time as big side of platoon unless the roster is weak. Better suited as bench bat, pinch hitter role.

Physical Description: Short. Slight upper half but has some room to fill out. Solid athlete. Enjoys the game and plays with some flair in the field.

Hit: Low, open stance. Hands start high and above his head. Weight stays back until he steps into the pitch. Minimal leg kick as he closes. Bat gets through the zone quick; above-average or better bat speed. Swing geared toward line-drive contact and putting the ball in play. Mostly singles hitter. Good barrel control helps his high contract rate. Average or better eye but needs to wait for his pitch more often. Shows an ability to go the opposite way. Grade: 55

Power: Slight frame and poor use of lower half hinder his power projection. Needs to create more leverage. Has some gap power, but will likely never be an over-the-fence threat without a change in his approach. Has below to fringe-average raw power. Grade: 30

Field: Fluid actions in the field. Good footwork. Gets low and stays in front of the ball. Charges the ball. Moves well laterally, particularly to the right, and shows an ability to backhand the ball. Average at SS and above-average or better at 2B. Grade: 50

Arm: Quick transferer. Throws sidearm when going to his left or charging the ball. Throws 3/4 when deeper in the hole and in need of extra velocity. Above-average arm strength that plays at SS. Throws on-target in limited looks. Grade: 55

Run: Quick out of the box from the left hand side. Average times down the line; timed around 4.20 in several looks. Grade: 50

Overall: Tena possesses a lot of the qualities the Indians covet, including a better-than-average hit tool. He's farther down the organizational depth chart, but is not too dissimilar from the likes of Brayan Rocchio. Tena has a good chance to hit for average and does well enough in the field to eventually step into a starting lineup, assuming he can curb his aggressiveness at the plate as he navigates the minors. He could take a step forward if he gets to more power.

Physical Description: Athletic looking body with high waist and long limbs. Quite lean. Thighs have a little muscle to them, but wiry still might be the best descriptor. Broad enough shoulders to hang some muscle on. Looks quick and explosive; live body. Appears to have added a little muscle in a recent (grainy) video from 2020 fall instructs.

Hit: Switch Hitter. Left: Sets up slightly open. Balanced stance with front heel off the ground and toes turned in. Hands start at the eyes with a little wiggle. Moderate toe tap to load; sits into the back leg and coils; hands move back minimally. Average bat speed; swing has a little loft to it. A near mirror image from the right side. Very limited in game looks, but athleticism, bat path and actions point to an average hit tool at this time. Grade: 50

Power: Little power at present, but should grow into fringe raw when he matures. Has quick hands and some loft to the bat path to help it play in game. Projects for more gap/doubles power than over the fence. Grade: 45

Field: Quick, smooth actions and instincts appear average if not better in limited looks. Moves fluidly to the ball and fields in a position to make the appropriate throw. Average hands to go along with good quickness and range that will play up the middle. Looks confident fielding the ball. Grade: 50

Arm: There's virtually no film on Martinez's arm at the moment, so this is likely to change as we see more action. In limited looks, the ball pops out of his hand and he puts himself in position to make good throws. Reports have it anywhere from above average to plus. Grade: 55

Run: Clocked a 4.08 H-1st from the left side on a bunt where he stumbled out of the box. Gets up to speed quickly, legs turn over fast and he covers ground. Plus runner who will probably lose a step as his body fills out. Grade: 55

Overall: First impression of Angel Martinez is an athletic switch hitter who will grow into fringe-average power while retaining the athleticism to stick at shortstop. In limited looks, it appears he'll bring an above-average defensive package which will be his carrying toolset. The bat will be the biggest question. He's going to need to hit well and grow into some power to be anything more than a defensive replacement.

Hit: Slightly open stance that will stay on his back leg throughout a small leg lift load. Quiet hands with above-average bat speed. Short to the ball from the left side with a big follow through. Flat bat path that will impact the ball to all fields. Plus approach that shows a top of the order hit tool if his progression stays true. Grade: 40

Power: Can tap into decent present pull power when he can turn on a pitch but not a true power threat currently. As he continues to grow into his frame, more power should project. Grade: 40

Field: Very fluid actions up the middle with advanced footwork and composure when attacking the ball. Plus arm strength that can make throws from multiple angles with accuracy. Likely to stick at SS long term with a present big league glove. Grade: 55

Arm: Currently a below-average arm for shortstop. Fundamentals and instincts make up for it, but will need to add some arm strength to profile at shortstop with his arm, though his glove fits there Grade: 45

Run: Above average foot speed. Shows a quick first step and great instincts on the base paths. 6.74 runner in the 60. Short strider, but covers ground well. Grade: 50

Overall: This was a very advanced prep SS coming into the 2020 draft and that hasn't changed. Shows present overall tools to be a future big-league shortstop that's still under the age of 19. Watching how his raw power projects will ultimately determine what kind of big leaguer he will be in the end, but looks to be a 4th round steal.

Power: Will create impressive points of contact when he squares one up. Current swing can create elite VBAs but lack of lower half hinders overall raw power. Chance for power to really project if he can start to sit more on his backside. Grade: 45

Field: Aggressive in the OF that takes a fearless approach chasing down fly balls. Advanced in his routes and shows plus arm strength in his throws. Quick arm action and very accurate throughout. Likely to stick in CF. Grade: 60

Arm: Hit 86 on throws on the showcase circuit. Strong arm. Gets behind throws. Plenty of carry and gets into it with his lower half. Profiles as above average to profile in right field. Grade: 55

Run: 6.70 in the 60. Athleticism will likely hold the speed throughout his career. Opportunistic base stealer and shows a quick first step down the line. Grade: 50

Overall: This is your typical prep CF with upside. Shows potential to be a big-league regular with plus glove and easy projection with the bat. Likely floor being a 4th outfielder or pinch hitter.

Physical Description: Sturdy, durable build. Tall with long arms and legs. Physical presence on the mound. Build for a pitcher, especially a left-hander, is ideal and enticing as a starter. Has maintained build while adding to his projectable frame when he was drafted. Filled out body now. Tommy John Surgery 7/15/17.

Delivery & Mechanics: Works third base side of the rubber. Slight front leg step forwards third to start into his rock and fire and chest-high leg kick. Average body control and gets into his lower half well. Has a long arm swing and gets arm into motion a little earlier than ideal before getting shoulders square to the plate. Three quarters arm slot. Tall frame and arm slot allows him to drive the ball down. Maintains sizeable leg kick from the stretch that can be easy to run on for a left-handers.

Fastball: Sat 92-95 in 2019 in-game action but reports from 2020 action had it up to 96-98 and even touching 100. Gets good plane on the pitch thanks to his height and release point. Commands better to glove side than arm side. Hittable if left over the plate. Grade: 55

Cutter: 86-88. Inconsistent shape. Sometimes appears as if it's a slider that lacks depth. Below-average command. Throws inside to left handers to keep them off the fastball and to have another offering aside from his changeup. Newer offering developing in 2018. Still needs reps to tighten late cut. Grade: 40

Curveball: 76-78 2-7 shape with good, late break. Can get a bit too loose at times and lose its shape. Good arm angle and direction with the pitch. Average raw spring and command. Enough to profile as potentially an average offering with improvement. Grade: 50

Changeup: 83-85. Has solid velocity separation from his fastball. Inconsistent arm speed to sell the pitch. Modest fade on the pitch. Lacks sink and command of the pitch to be an effective third offering Grade: 45

Control and Command: Spots the fastball better than any of his pitchers. More comfortable to his glove side than arm side, maybe due to his arm angle and the plane of the fastball. Does not have the same command for any of his other offerings. Fluid enough mechanically for his size to have better control and command than he's had. Needs to improve consistency in the shape of cutter and curveball in order to have full command. Misses up in the zone, which is good for his fastball but less than ideal for secondaries. Control: 45 | Command: 40

Overall: Hentges' body is everything you'd want in a starter, especially in a left handed starter. The reported increased velocity makes the profile even more enticing, even if is in a bullpen role. The potential is there for a good FB/CB power reliever where he wouldn't need to improve his command by a lot to be effective. Even though his mechanics are somewhat sound for a pitcher his size, his arm swing is long and he hasn't shown the command to be a starter long term. If he takes any steps forward with his command, he can profile as a back of the rotation starter. It's hard to bump his fastball grade on 2020 reports with a lack of video and context. But the ability to hit the upper 90s with his fastball from his size and left side suggests there could be a leverage bullpen role in his profile long term.

Physical Description: Solid frame. Not stocky despite what you might guess from listed numbers. Average shoulders with some muscle up top but you could sneak a few more pounds in. Thighs and rear look fairly average -- definite room for growth. Large calves stand out. Lean, average look overall.

Hit: Sets up with hands at the eyes, rocking the bat above his head. Slight lean towards the plate and moderate leg bend. Straight on stance with average width. Uses slight leg kick as trigger that travels toward the pitcher and hovers for a second. Slight coil. Hands travel back a little. Swing plane has some chop to it, drives the ball into the ground. Effort in the hands. Average patience, willing to see a few pitches. Chases occasionally and has a little swing and miss. Pitch selection is fine, but doesn't always get the barrel on it. Often mishits and will miss "his" pitch. Can battle with two strikes. Would benefit from a swing path change. Grade: 45

Power: Nothing to write home about here. Average frame doesn't impart much natural pop and the bat speed is average. Chops down on the ball, limiting ability to drive the ball for extra bases. Likely more of a line drive and gap power kind of guy. Ball just doesn't jump off bat when he squares it up. Grade: 40

Field: Smooth movements tracking the ball. Soft hands and smooth actions. Decent range. Comfortable on double play feeds from anywhere. Solid reaction on hard hit balls. Has the range to be passable at short but probably a better fit at 2nd. Good instincts, very comfortable fielder. Grade: 50

Arm: Solid zip at second. Delivers firm, accurate feed for double play - even from distance. Has touch for short, quick tosses that need to be on target. Didn't get to see him open it up in limited looks, but the ball carries well out of his hand. Grade: 50

Run: Fluid, easy movements, enough range to stay up the middle but nothing special. Average strides and turnover. Clocked a 4.22 H-1st. Average getting up to speed and above average underway right now. Probably settles in closer to average as he reaches his physical prime. Grade: 50

Overall: Miller has a fairly average light-hitting middle infield profile. He's athletic and fields his position well. Looks like he could probably play anywhere in the diamond in a pinch due to his instincts, but average tools suit him best for 2nd. The bat doesn't have much pop and he struggles to square up the ball. When he does, he often drives it into the ground with his choppy swing plane. Ultimately his profile is best suited to a utility role on a second division team or bench bat.

Physical Description: Undersized pitchers build. Small frame. Not much length for wingspan. Ordinary, everyday slim build. Does show athleticism in delivery but not a physical body or arm. Protoypical sidearmers build that relies on funk and deception to make up for lack of physicality.

Delivery & Mechanics: Works from the stretch and third base side of the rubber. Hunched over before getting into the load. Works upper half down with a leg lift. Drops arms behind the front leg, which gives him deception. Despite funky delivery manages to get into position to lower upper half and get good stride length for his size and create force headed towards the plate. Has a big arm swing before getting strike foot down. True sidearm delivery and repeats it well. Will quick-pitch and throw from a three quarter arm slot to give hitters different looks as well.

Fastball: 90-93. Tops at 95. Below average spin and velocity but does have good, late sinking action. Good command of the pitch both inside to right handers and arm side to left handers even with late sink. Deception helps it play above grade and late action help it get to fringe-average despite lack of velocity and spin. Grade: 45

Slider: 80-82. Late, tight 10-4 break but can also manipulate the shape with more sweeping action. Reportedly above average spin. Can throw it for strikes despite the sweeping break. Expands hitters zones from both sides of the plate. A swing and miss pitch thanks to its action and the difficult arm angle he spins it from. Grade: 50

Changeup: 76-78. Solid separation from the fastball. Good sinking action. More arm side run than vertical drop. Effective enough to keep left handers honest. Grade: 45

Control and Command: Hits the zone with ease with his fastball to all quadrants of the strike zone. Attacks hitters early in the count and rarely falls behind. He can front door the slider to right handed hitters with ease and bury it down and in to left handed hitters. His changeup command is a little more fringy but he has easy above- average command with the fastball and slider. Walks shouldn't be a major concern for him. Control: 55 | Command: 50

Overall: A forearm fracture and subsequent surgery are probably the only reason why Sandlin is still on this list. He was expected to be one of the first players from the 2018 draft to make it to the majors. He's a funk/deception reliever over plus stuff or velo, though the slider could be an above-average offering for him. He has above average command and that combined with his funky sidearm slot, deception, and the athleticism to throw in a quick pitch/fastball from a higher arm slot at times gives him more than enough to compete as a middle relief option who can miss some bats and will avoid free passes. Should be ready to compete for a job at the start of 2021.

Physical Description: Big-bodied, filled out frame. Build of what looks like a durable starter. Sturdy shoulders, torso and lower half. Has yet to perform the way that matches the workhorse type build.

Delivery & Mechanics: Works first base side of the rubber with a mid-section high leg lift. Average stride length. Uses lower half well. Stays balanced. Relies on upper half posture shifting in tilting back to create a high three-quarters arm slot. Gets shoulders square to plate and shows good shoulder/hip separation. Longer arm swing and has not always repeated delivery consistently in past. 6/2/2015 Tommy John Surgery.

Fastball: 93-95, t97. Fairly straight pitch. Slight aside run. Above-average spin. Can get swinging strikes in the upper half of the zone with it. Will leave pitch over the heart of the plate without movement at times. Hittable pitch when misses in the zone. Above-average command with the pitch. Hasn't been pushed into later innings to see how velocity holds. Grade: 55

Curveball: 76-78. 12-6 power break. Throws it for strikes at an above-average rate. Good direction. Can throw it for a strike to get ahead of hitters as a caller strike thanks to the vertical drop. Can get chases out of the zone with it. Hard pitch for hitters to offer at even in the zone thanks to the shape and sharp drop Grade: 55

Changeup: 80-81 with good separation from his fastball. Shows good fade with vertical drop and arm side run. Gets it effectively in the lower half of the zone with consistent average command and movement. Will be an effective offering against left-handed hitters. Grade: 50

Control and Command: Control over command arm. Fastball will be left in hittable spots in the zone. Command suffers when he loses release point at times. Misses arm side with the fastball most often and longer arm swing. Control: 50 | Command: 45

Overall: Morris possesses three above average pitches, enough to turn the lineup over at least twice. Control over command and lack of professional track record of holding velocity and stuff late into outings make it hard to project a surefire rotation arm despite that and his build. The build and arsenal give the upside of a middle of the rotation arm. Command concerns and ability to hold his arsenal deep into games, along with occasional inability to repeat delivery give relief give off relief concerns. Three pitch mix would still make him a competitive reliever, potentially in a high leverage role. With a sometimes straight fastball and his arm slot, adding a cutter to his arsenal is also something that could boost his profile.

Delivery & Mechanics: Windup: Cross-body leg kick that comes up to the navel, long arm action that drops down behind the butt, comes through at high 3/4 slot. Moderate effort. Varies time through motion. Working from 1st base side. Stretch: Fast leg kick to mid-torso, crossing the body before attacking the plate. Average to above-average pace on the mound, keeps the game moving. Good snap pickoff can catch runners.

Fastball: 92-95, T96; Shows average ride and run that lets it work at the top of the zone. Uses early and often, working all over the zone. Velocity faded to 92-94 around the 50-pitch mark in long relief outings. Imagine it goes up another tick in short outings. Not precise with it, just trying to rip it by guys in general areas that he often misses, but still gets whiffs. Grade: 60

Curveball: 76-79; Big breaker with hard bend that hitters swing through even if they recognize it, at its best. Above-average depth and 1-7 shape. Other times it loops in for hitters to tee off on. Struggles to locate it, often missing badly or hanging it over the heart. Looks really good when it's tight, but hangs too many to rely on. Grade: 45

Slider: 82-86; Good, tight bite on the best ones, flashing plus with 2-plane break. Mixes the shape a little and has above-average movement on the best ones. More typically in the average range. Solid pitch. Uses it to backdoor righties and steal strikes or buries glove side it as a chase pitch. Grade: 50

Changeup: 80-83; Best secondary. Decent feel for it, used primarily against righties. Good arm speed sells it well. Locates it down and away to righties where they often swing through it. Movement profile is relatively average with more depth than fade, but hitters don't recognize it well out of the hand and are caught out in front or miss it altogether. Grade: 55

Control and Command: Not his strong suit. Control over command profile who wants his stuff to get guys out. Too many noncompetitive pitches, especially early in the count, make him fall behind hitters often. Lots of deep counts, struggling to put guys away because he can't locate close well enough with two strikes. Doesn't give in, willing to bounce breaking balls in a full count. Control: 35 | Command: 30

Overall: Big lefty with big stuff. Enough velo to pump the fastball by major leaguers and the breaking stuff has tight, late bite when it's on. Consistency and control will be the limiting factors for Allen as MLB hitters severely punished his mistakes. It's undoubtedly swing and miss stuff when it's on -- all the secondaries flash plus, but the control and consistency of pitches is too touch and go for competitive situations right now. Any step forward in command will make him a dangerous, exciting arm whose arsenal is a good fit for the 3-batter minimum era.

Creates excellent hip hinge pre-load and impressive bat speed. Utilizes a toe tap and relies on upper body with two strikes to cut down on his weight transfer. Barrel is often in position across the plate where it is lined up with his arm/shoulder. Doesn't match the plane of the pitch despite athleticism to get into position to do so. Aggressive approach in all counts. Struggles to recognize spin and is caught out in front of breaking stuff. Needs to reign in approach and pitch recognition. Grade: 30

Power: Shows the bat speed and has the lift for above-average power, especially for his position. Can drive the ball to the opposite field with strong hands and bat speed. Better at driving the ball to the opposite field presently but attack angle of the barrel makes it hard for him to do damage on pitches that are up and away or down and in. Ability to make consistent contact is going to hold back plus raw power. Grade: 50

Field: Smooth, natural reactions. Moves well to left and right. Instinctual fielder with flash and range. Athletic ability really shows on the dirt. Good internal clock and timing. Above average with the glove Grade: 55

Arm: Average. Makes throws quickly and efficiently. Enough arm to play anywhere in the infield or outfield with the exception of RF. Grade: 60

Run: Above-average tool. 4.20 home-to-first out of the box. Quick and light on his feet. Plays using instincts and shows poise and confidence on the base path. Can beat out balls on the ground for hits. Gets caught stealing too often. But to his credit keeps running. Just above a 60% stolen base success rate in 2019. Speed is there for an increased success rate going forward. Grade: 50

Overall: Arias is a physically impressive athlete that is easy to dream on. Has the physical tools and overall athletic ability to be an above-average major league defender at shortstop. Strength and bat speed give him exciting raw power for a shortstop. He has major questions about the hit tool. Swing decisions with an aggressive approach and struggles to pick up breaking stuff and get the bat to where the ball is pitched makes it hard to see the ability to make contact and get to his power.

Physical Description: Undersized build for a starter. Short, compact frame that's already filled out. Well built and strong for his frame size, but not a typical build for a workhorse type starter. Solid lower half and broad enough shoulders for the frame.

Delivery & Mechanics: Works first base side of the rubber with a steady rock and fire with midsection high leg kick. Leg kick gives tilts his back towards the hitter a little. Hips/pelvis stay stacked. Creates natural hip hinge. Gets into lower half well and stays connected to the rubber. Good extension for someone of his height. A longer arm swing exposes ball behind his body but helps to create consistently good hip/shoulder separation. Squares up shoulders to plate before his three-quarter arm slot release. Clean, repeatable delivery. Will throw in quick pitch mechanics from the stretch to vary timing. Quick delivery from the stretch keeps run game in check.

Fastball: Sits 88-91 and will stretch to 92/93 early in games. Spins at an above-average rate (2,400 RPM) and locates it on the black consistently. Works effectively up in the zone thanks to spin and command. Must maintain above-average command in order to avoid mistakes in the middle of the zone. Has some arm side run to it. Grade: 45

Curveball: 74-76 with effective shape. Starts at 12-6 trajectory but lacks depth to make it a true 12-6 type curve. Tunnels effectively with fastballs up in the zone with consistent release point and arm slot. Will use it to get ahead in counts or steal a strike thanks to command. Enough shape to use to expand hitters zones occasionally. Grade: 45

Slider: 78-80 with late bite. Occasionally shows more sweeping action but at times acts as a cutter with little vertical break. Tends to show sweeping action more to right-handers and 'cutter' type action in on the hands of left-handers. Locates effectively to either side of the zone. Also tunnels well off the fastball. Grade: 50

Changeup: 76-78 with premium fade and deception. Arm speed sells it effectively. Falls off the table. Gets left-handers to commit early and gets right-handers out of front. Will compete for swings and misses in the zone and gets hitters to expand the zone sufficiently. Will throw it in any count with plus command. Easily a double-plus offering. Grade: 70

Control and Command: Hits the glove anywhere in the strike zone and effectively lives on the black. Commands fastball well at the top of the zone and throws two breaking balls for enough strikes to be effective. Locates changeup low in the zone to both sides of the plate with ease. Avoids putting runners on with free passes. Control: 60 | Command: 55

Overall: In a vacuum, Morgan's changeup is one of the best pitches in all of baseball. The consistent, late, devastating fade, command and deception of the pitch makes it one of the best weapons since he can throw it in any count to both lefties and righties. It's almost good enough to carry him to a back end of the rotation type arm alone. The spin on his fastball makes it a fringe-average offering because it will work well up in the zone and he can command it there, and tunnel it with his two breaking balls. The curveball doesn't have enough depth to be a plus pitch but it has a good shape difference from the slider. I nearly wanted to say he had a cutter and a slider because the shape does change for him, I think on purpose. It's an effective pitch to keep left handers honest and another shape breaking ball for right handers to see. Morgan is as crafty as they come. He's a student of the game, meticulous about his craft and has exceptional pitchability and is very cerebral. He understands sequencing and is a tinkerer, always finding ways to improve his offerings. Ultimately his fastball is going to keep him in the back end of the rotation and leave him as a starter who can probably turn a lineup over twice thanks to his changeup. If he's one of those starters who keep his fastball usage below his other offerings, he can be more effective. Perhaps he can maintain 91-93 as a reliever and live off the changeup as some relievers can do. I'm skeptical to grade him any higher because of his fastball and size but am fully ready for that to be undervaluing him considering the other pitches and the Indians' success with this profile.

Physical Description: Planez is listed at "only" 6'2" 180 but he definitely appears closer to 6'4" 210 and maybe even a little bigger. He is a man. Thick, especially in in the lower half. Broad shoulders, strong and athletic.

Hit: Legs create a base just past shoulder width. Pigeon toed from foot during setup. Hands up at the shoulder with the back elbow up. Big leg kick. Displays good hand eye coordination but still has some trouble with breaking balls. Wwing is not exactly mechanically sound at this point but he still goes through his sequence smooth and easy. Swing and miss will likely always be a part of his game with how big he is but the future hit should be at least serviceable. Grade: 40

Power: Plus plus raw power. Swings with natural loft. 10 career homers in less than 300 at bats is quite impressive for someone who was just 16 and 17 years old at the time. Missed almost all of last season with a broken hamate bone. All signs point to the power being a legit part of his game going forward. Grade: 55

Field: Covers decent ground with his speed, gets to balls that other players his size would not. Has played both CF and RF with RF being his likely final destination. Projected an average future tool. Grade: 50

Arm: Arm to play RF. Strong and accurate. Grade: 60

Run: Runs well for his size. Speed to close on balls in RF but not likely to burn up the base path. Current average run will likely tick down to fringe average by the time he make majors. Grade: 45

Overall: Planez is an amazing lottery ticket. A more and more popular pick to sky rocket to the top 100 next year with a good start this coming season. The power and glove will play. If the hit tool develops to even fringe average we have a potential star on our hands. But that is a big "if," more likely projection as a Major League platoon/bench bat with the possibility to flame out prior to making the bigs. Will be a fun player to monitor during 2021.

Power: Shows above-average raw power during BP and is capable of getting to it in-game to the pull side. He creates good leverage and is capable of driving the ball to the gaps. He's been an extra base threat at the minor league level, and there's reason to believe that'll carry over into the pros, particularly against righties. Grade: 45

Field: Moves well in the field. Shows average instincts and gets solid jumps on fly balls. Has some work to do on his routes. Could have plus range in RF in time. Grade: 55

Arm: Very strong arm with significant carry. Baserunners don't test him often. Profiles in RF. Grade: 70

Run: Impressive straight line speed. Timed 3.96 down the line to 1B from the left side. Can take an extra base on balls hit to the grass.. His speed and baseball IQ suggest he could steal double digit bases at the major league level. Grade: 70

Overall: Johnson made his major league debut in 2020 but struggled in a very small sample. He has some obvious L/R splits that have been with him throughout the minors, and he probably profiles best as a platoon bat given those. However, his tools are dynamic enough that he can make an impact against righties and as a defensive sub or pinch runner.

Fastball: Sits 94-96; can reach back for more and famously touched 100 in rookie ball. Throws it often. Ball explodes out of his hand but the pitch plays down due to its lack of movement. There's some tailing action but batters track it well. Gets by with pure velocity but will need to better locate or manipulate it to get the most out of the pitch as he advances. Grade: 60

Slider: Sits 85-88 and touches 91 at its peak. Can take something off of it. Shows good depth and bite but can be slurvy at times. Most effective when it dives away from righties. Hitters often swing over it. Has so far proven to be his out pitch and is already plus. Grade: 60

Changeup: Sits 84-87. Looks like his FB out of his hand before it falls off the table. Late break and good depth. Some arm-side run. At its best when located away from lefties. Flashes plus but he needs to throw it more often. Pairs well with his slider that is thrown at a similar velocity. Grade: 50

Control and Command: Control is ahead of his command. Keeps his pitches around the zone. Has a tendency to overthrow his FB which often leads to it being thrown across his body and outside to righties and inside to lefties. Still learning to locate his slider but he doesn't miss high. Needs to repeat his delivery better to improve both his command and control; until he does so, both will remain below average. Control: 45 | Command: 40

Overall: Vargas possesses an electric array of pitches and looks as good as any arm in the system when he locates them. He's a pure power pitcher with some effort in the delivery and probably projects best in the bullpen because of it. He has high-leverage upside, but also still has a chance to stick in the rotation if he can repeat his delivery and create better separation in his pitch velocities.

Power: A swing change and a growth spurt prior to the the brief 2020 Arizona high school and showcase season have allowed for more power potential than originally thought. Hits balls hard and can control his bat well. On track to provide a 15-20 homer bat. Grade: 45

Field: Quick feet. Good hands and good range. Smooth transitions. Strong playmaking ability. Not likely to outgrow the position and will be able stick at shortstop. Grade: 50

Arm: Solid tool. Strong enough to make routine plays at shortstop and more. Smooth arm action. Accurate and will flash as above-average tool when necessary during play. Grade: 55

Run: Tucker has improved his run times over the last year. Went from average to plus and even clocked some borderline double plus times, Will be someone to watch on the basepaths going forward. Grade: 60

Overall: Tucker has improved immensely over the last year. His body transformation along with increased power and speed catapulted him to the number 24 overall slot in the 2020 draft. He displays confidence and swagger on the field and is comfortable no matter the situation. Looks like a guy who was born to play baseball. Profiles as an average big league defender who can get on base at a high clip, be an asset on the basepaths, and hit an occasional long ball.

Fastball: 92-95 T97. Pops out of his hand and gets on hitters. Has noticeable tail and uses it to backdoor righties. Can find the black on both sides. Appears to work predominantly low. Hitters have a tough time squaring it up; induces ground balls. Grade: 55

Slider: 84. Hard slider with more depth than sweep. Nice, late break to it. Mostly used as an out pitch, gets whiffs down and off the plate glove side. Inconsistent at times and loses its tightness. Plays well off the fastball; tunnels; gets hitters out in front swinging through and rolling over. Grade: 50

Changeup: 89 with some fade, not a lot of depth. Maintains arm speed. Limited use. Would prefer more movement or more separation from fastball. Too in between right now, but should get to fringe-average in time. Grade: 45

Control and Command: Works around the plate well without leaving too many over the heart. Throws strikes and able to locate on the edges. Limited looks make this tough to grade, but he filled up the zone pretty well. Control: 50 | Command: 45

Overall: Torres is an athletic righty with an explosive arm. The fastball sits mid-90s with tail and has touched the upper 90s in short stints during showcases. He pairs it with an average, low 80s slider that has good bite and plays well off the plus heater. The changeup exists, but it seems to be used seldomly and doesn't get great separation from the fastball. Torres commands the full arsenal pretty well. He uncorks one every so often, but typically fills up the zone and can locate in the shadows. He's an uncomfortable at bat. Development of the changeup will play the biggest role in his fate as a starter. The fastball/slider combo is good, but probably not good enough to get through MLB lineups a couple times. Should he move to the pen, he'll be a high-leverage guy.

Slider: 88-92 with depth. 2 plane movement. Occasionally flattens out or becomes more slurvy. Plays up due to batters sitting on the fastball. Grade: 50

Control and Command: Control has been a point of struggle for Clase in the past. Has successfully worked to cut down on walks. Has the tendency to throw more strikes but the truth is that the fastball has so much movement that he can have trouble knowing exactly where it is going. Command is definitely a point for improvement. Control: 50 | Command: 40

Overall: two pitch pitcher with one of those pitching being elite, as proven by his 2019 debut Clase is big league ready (2020 was spent serving a PED suspension), had just a 3% barrel rate over 23 MLB innings, the stuff is plain nasty but whether his command will develop enough to be an elite closer is yet to be seen, until he proves himself he will likely continue being used in both high and medium leverage relief situations.

Overall: Allen has been outstanding at every level he has played. He was Florida HS Player of the Year, a three year starter at Florida International University and played on the Team USA Collegiate National Team. Fastball and change up work to keep hitters off balance and continuously guessing. Pounds the zone and limits hard contact, it's not overly flashy but it works, high floor, quick moving prospect, lack of velocity will likely limit the ceiling to the back end of a big league rotation if all goes well. A more realistic role for him is as a sport starter, long reliever/swing man type.
