Physical Description: Taller for a middle infielder with long legs and a high waist; average bulk.

Hit: Slightly open stance with a wide base, upright with his hands at his shoulder. Compact swing with average bat speed; repeats swing well; does a solid job of making contact; commands the strike zone well; good plate coverage. Grade: 45

Power: Does possess fringe-average to average raw power due to frame and natural strength, however his swing is geared for contact, he does not engage his lower half effectively, leading to little in-game power, on occasion will show some ability to drive the ball into the gaps. Grade: 40

Field: Has the potential to stick at shortstop due to average athleticism and quality instincts. Does not have a quick first step but instincts help make up for slight lack of suddenness. Range is average to slightly above-average. Has the potential to be a serviceable middle infielder who could also play third. Grade: 45

Arm: Strong, loose arm; average carry and accuracy; enough arm to handle short. Grade: 50

Run: Average runner, slightly better underway. Grade: 50

Overall: Murray lacks a standout tool but has enough polish and feel that he should move through the lower minors quickly. He shows the ability to make consistent contact and control the strike-zone, his glove and arm are enough to project him to stay at short defensively. His lack of in-game power is holding his profile back.

Physical Description: Strong upper body with broad shoulders tapering to a narrow waist. Solid athlete; projectable frame which should maintain athleticism and speed as he fills out physically.

Hit: Open stance with hands just above shoulders; feet slightly wider than shoulder width; pronounced leg kick as a timing mechanism. Hands work well, short swing with above-average bat speed; rotates hips well. Needs to work on approach; issues with pitch recognition, tends to sell out for power. Grade: 40

Power: Bat speed coupled with projectable frame that should add strength could bring solid average power down the road. Bat path features slight uppercut but contact is generally of a line drive nature. His plus speed should allow for him to generate extra base hits even if over the fence power doesn't fully materialize. Grade: 50

Field: Potential decent defender up the middle; speed and athleticism give him some additional range. He fields the ball out in front and has soft hands; transfers the ball well; shows good footwork working to his arm side. Grade: 45

Arm: Fluid, quick arm; releases ball well; good carry across the diamond; enough arm to handle SS long term. Does have some accuracy issues which cause overall grade to play closer to average. Grade: 50

Run: Plus runner; especially once he's underway; speed should be an asset both on the bases and on defense. Has been timed at 6.4 second in the 60. Grade: 60

Overall: Rosario has an interesting collection of tools. At he plate, he has the potential to hit for enough average and provide some pop; approach must improve for projection to come to fruition. Defensively, he should be able to remain in the middle of the diamond given his speed and athleticism. Like most high school draftees the profile carries a fair amount of risk given the relative distance from maximizing his potential.

Physical Description: Average height with a strong lower half. Long limbs with a high waist and broad shoulders. At 26 there's no physical projection remaining. Had right shoulder surgery in 2020 offseason.

Delivery & Mechanics: Stretch only; tall and fall. Hands high; high leg kick and long arm path that wraps behind his back. 3/4 arm slot with a quick arm and good extension. High effort in the delivery; inconsistent follow through; will sometimes overthrow causing him to fall off aggressively to the first-base side.

Fastball: Elite velocity; sits 97-100 t102; runs to arm-side especially in the bottom of the strike zone. Lacks ability to locate the pitch consistently causing it to be less effective than velocity/movement profile would suggest. Grade: 70

Slider: Sits 87-89 and offers a nice velocity separation off his fastball. Short, tight vertical break; inconsistent shape, at times losing bite. Has confidence in the pitch and is willing to throw it in most situations. Grade: 60

Changeup: Very firm; regularly 94-95. Lacks conviction with pitch; arm speed noticeably slows; movement profile is more lateral; pitch lacks tumble. Grade: 30

Control and Command: Well below-average control and command. Struggles to locate both fastball and slider let alone throw quality strikes. Lack of control adds additional risk and limits overall value of the profile. Control: 30 | Command: 30

Overall: Classic power reliever with a strong two-pitch combo. Given his age and build, there's no additional projection. Present stuff is more than good enough to get hitters out at the big league level. Fastball and slider quality would indicate a high-leverage relief role but lack of control adds risk and limits ultimate ceiling.

Physical Description: Slender build with average height but long limbs.

Delivery & Mechanics: Stretch only; drop and drive. Hands start just above the waist; relatively high leg kick; longer arm action; arm works well and he generates good arm speed with great extension. Landings are a little stiff; does not generate much downhill plane.

Fastball: Excellent arm strength; plus to double-plus velocity, sitting 94-96 t99. Inconsistent movement profile; will show solid run at times; other times pitch is quite true; this coupled with the lack of downhill plane makes the fastball more hittable than velocity indicates. Needs to command the pitch better. Grade: 60

Slider: Sits 85-88; lacks consistency but will flash average, can show quick, late movement. Grade: 40

Changeup: Best secondary offering, sits mid-80s. Maintains arm speed well; excellent velocity separation from fastball; pitch could be average offering with improved consistency. Grade: 45

Control and Command: Has issues throwing strikes, let alone commanding stuff within the zone. Issues with control limit overall ceiling. Control: 40 | Command: 30

Overall: Extreme risk profile. Aquino has not pitched above rookie ball and given his age, he needs to start advancing fast. He has the potential to be a high leverage reliever given arm strength and potential for a solid change-up. Issues with lack of downhill plane, control, and slider development will likely hold him back.

Physical Description: Tall well built pitcher who has broad shoulders and a thick lower half.

Delivery & Mechanics: Semi-windup; drop and drive. Holds hands at letters but drops them to his waist as his motion starts adding some deception; backside arm path is abbreviated leading into a low 3/4 arm slot with decent arm speed and solid extension.

Fastball: Plus velocity that sits 93-95 t98 with good armside run and sink. Has the potential to generate lots of groundballs; needs to improve command to fully realize the potential of the pitch. Grade: 55

Slider: Sits 87-88 with slurvy 2 to 8 break, can look above-average at times when he stays on top of the pitch but it is generally an average offering. Usable second pitch he can utilize in a relief role. Grade: 50

Changeup: Inconsistent offering; arm speed noticeably slows; on occasion will show some fade however most lack movement; likely not a part of arsenal as he transitions to the bullpen full-time. Grade: 30

Control and Command: Has issues with controlling arsenal especially within the strike zone. Has a tendency to speed up his body during his delivery which causes his arm to lag and his pitches to be left up in the zone. Control: 40 | Command: 30

Overall: Transitioned into a relief role at the end of 2019 and that appears to be his future. Sinker-slider profile with enough pure stuff to handle low leverage innings. Combination of height, arm slot and extension will likely make him tough on left-handed batters. Current command will hold him back but in a bullpen role that should be less of an impediment.
