Overall: Javier Alexander Francisco was signed by the Giants as part of their exciting 2019 class. He checks a lot of boxes due to his above-average power and speed combination. He is very projectable, and will likely move to third base or the outfield in the future. There are some concerns with the hit tool, and his future defensive home, but he flashes some strong tools and can surge through the minors as the hit tool shows promise.
