Physical Description: Ordinary build; athletic frame with room to add strength throughout. Legs have definition but room to add with maturity. List height and weight of 6'1" 190 pounds appears accurate.
Hit: Open stance; hands at the letters with a cocked back elbow; shoulders relaxed with weight favoring the backside. Pronounced leg kick early in counts that will shift to a small pivot with two strikes; will also choke up when behind. Fringe-average hit tool; contact-emphasized approach; stroke will get long against spin; bat stays in the zone a long time. Approach will dilute quality contact and limit walks and strikeouts both. Grade: 45
Power: Flashes raw power but plays below average in-game; approach not conducive to over-the-fence power. Raw power and physical projection remaining should allow power to play fringe-average. Grade: 45
Field: Quick feet and smooth transfers with soft hands; makes expected plays. Steady defender at each position he plays. Grade: 50
