2021 Topps Series 2: A Hayes-y Shade of Flagship
The Minor League Daily Sheet: June 2nd 2021
After tonight’s games finish we’ll be exactly one month into the Minor League season. We’re starting to get some jelly in these donuts, Frank! Not to worry, you know this as Geoff, Matt, and Rhys have rundown the top performers each night since the beginning of the season (excluding Mondays). Today’s sheet is provided by Geoff and Rhys as the latter stood in for Matt on Low-A last night. It’s another day of notes on the top performers in Minor League Baseball
The Minor League Daily Sheet: May 5th, 2021 - Max Meyer Day!
Another day, another butt load of games and minor league standouts to focus on. The first question we got after publishing installment one was “Are you going to do this everyday?” The answer is simple; we’ll try! We’ll try to keep up the cadence of daily, but I make no promises! Anyway, the breakfast burrito is warm and I’m deleting all mentions of Wander Franco’s launch angle until he has a 50% groundball rate and twitter decides we were right again. Those are the rules boys, I don’t make them.

2019 International League Preview
I like to think of AAA more like a waiting room than a level per se, not every player even stops through AAA these days, and many are there for just a matter of weeks. It’s often rosters cluttered with failed prospects, long shots, and fringe MLB regulars that need a little seasoning. The International League, at least on paper far exceeds those expectations. With Vladimir Guerrero Jr. technically highlighting, there’s a strong crop behind him in Bo Bichette, Nick Senzel, Touki Toussaint, Dylan Cease, Nate Lowe, and others. The first half of the year should be deep with prospect showdowns particularly those games in which Gwinnett is involved. The Braves affiliate boasts the most loaded rotation and staff in the minors with three Top 100 arms on the roster. Should be a fun group to follow as many of these future stars debut on the big stage.
2018 Arizona Fall League Preview: Salt River Rafters
The facilities at Salt River, which is the spring training home to the Diamondbacks and Rockies, are considered to be the best in baseball and the Salt River team should be amongst the top in the Fall League. The 2018 Salt River Rafters will be comprised of prospects from the Diamondbacks, Rockies, Nationals, Marlins, and Twins organizations. The collection of offensive talent and athleticism on this team will be hard to top with as many as six top-100 prospects selected for this team. Brendan Rodgers and Carter Kieboom are two of the most well known prospects here, but there are plenty of others to get excited about.
