Our Favorite Subscriptions For Baseball Fans

At Prospects Live we try to give baseball fans a little bit of everything. Do you love the MLB Draft? Our site has a Top 300 2022 list, mock drafts so you can see who your favorite team may draft, and even a Top 100 2023 list. Looking for team scouting reports? Follow along as we drop our team top 30 lists. What about dynasty baseball advice? You should join our more than 450 patrons that currently have access to our Top 500, our RoboScout tool to help identify breakouts, exclusive podcasts and articles and more.

But despite all that we offer, we subscribe to other sites for their amazing content and believe that you should support them as well if you find yourself learning and reaping benefits from their information. Below, we’ve listed some of our favorite sites and services that we use year-round.

Note: We of course haven’t had a chance to use every paid offering out there, so an omission is simply us not having the exposure. If you want to shout out another in the comments, by all means!

Baseball America

Who’s it for: This is excellent for those who have a heavy interest in minor league prospects.

What sets them apart: Excellent reporting and features on players and MiLB news. Deeply sourced across baseball thanks to longevity. They leverage those sources to get reports and info on players, which is especially key for the international player classes. Also, keep supporting the newest BA member Geoff Pontes over there!

Price: Digital subscription starts at $7.50/month

Razzball Tools

Who’s it for: Fantasy baseball enthusiasts

What sets it apart: Looking for granular data to tell you whether to start a hitter or pitcher on a certain day or week? The Hitter-Tron and Stream-O-Nator are fantastic tools to give you an edge all season long. Rudy Gamble’s war room is also a must for redraft players.

Price: $27.99/year (they have a DFS package if you’re into that for $149.98/year)

Rotowire

Who’s it for: Fantasy enthusiasts with an interest in minor leaguers

What sets it apart: Rotowire is one of the most popular fantasy sites in the world and spans much more than baseball. But we like it in our fantasy space for the ease with which you can seamless plug all your leagues in and it’ll scan available players and prospects. That last category is super key, especially for platforms like CBS where it’s hard to do so yourself. James Anderson leads the prospect evaluation and he’s a big market setter in valuation.

Price: $48/year for baseball-only content billed at an annual rate. Prices vary if you want other sports/DFS coverage.

Perfect Game

Who’s it for: Amateur ball (i.e: High school/College) enthusiasts

What sets it apart: PG is one of the elites for amateur coverage across videos and reports. They have eyes all over the country. Their coverage is so in depth that they even have a 2026 HS ranking out right now. A special shout out to friends of the site Brian Sakowski and Vinnie Cervino!

Price: $74.99/year for their base package

The Athletic

Who’s it for: Baseball fans with interests in well-reported pieces with upshot of fantasy content

What sets it apart: Much like Rotowire, The Athletic can serve just about anyone with even a passing interest in sports. But its insistence on high-quality reporting shines through. If you’re into it for fantasy, names like Ian Kahn, Eno Sarris and many more provide dynasty rankings, pitching rankings and more to help strengthen your game.

Price: $5.99/month

Imaginary Brick Wall Patreon

Who’s it for: Die-hard dynasty baseball enthusiasts

What sets it apart: A top 1000 combined MLB and MiLB list with peak projections for each player ranked. Michael Halpern is an awesome all-around dude who provides excellent insight and gets very deep in all of his rankings.

Price: $7/month
