NCAA Baseball Top 25: Week 3

The third week of the college baseball season came to a close on March 1, and saw unanimous #1 Florida stay at the top of the poll, while No.2 Arkansas nearly dropped out of the Top 10 after a rough weekend. Following a three game sweep of in-state rival Georgia Tech, Georgia pushed their way up to third in the polls, while Texas Tech moved up two spots to No.4. Undefeated UCLA moved up four spots to round out the Top 5.

It was a big weekend for Oklahoma, who beat some top competition, and got a no hitter out of JUCO transfer Dane Acker. That helped move the Sooners from 19 all the way to No.12.

Joining UCLA are fellow undefeated schools No.10 NC State and No.17 Tennessee.

We see three new teams in the Top 25, Long Beach State, TCU, and surprising Pepperdine- who came in at 10-1 with some big wins and their only loss being to No.5 UCLA.
