3 Steps to Completely Transition Your Subscription

  1. Create a free account with your same email you use with Patreon
    1. In order to bypass any paywalls on the site, you'll need to enter your same email you used in Patreon
    2. After you do this step you should see a Tier Level and "Complimentary ($0.00/year)" under your profile
  2. Cancel your subscription on Patreon
    1. Your subscription will continue to renew on Patreon until you put through a subscription cancelation
    2. Here are Patreon's details on how to cancel
  3. Sign up for a paid subscription on the new site
    1. Your payment and subscription will begin immediately
    2. You have two choices if you have a Year-Long Patreon Subscription:
      1. Cancel on Patreon, then sign up here and we'll issue a prorated refund on Patreon
      2. Wait to sign up for a paid subscription until your Patreon subscription ends. You will have full access after signing up under the free tier on the new site

If you cancel Patreon then do not sign up for a new subscription by your end date, you'll lose access on the new site

FAQ

I just signed up on Patreon, will I be double charged if I sign up on the new site now?

If you signed up for a monthly membership on Patreon in the last 15 days, email us or message on Patreon after signing up on the new site and we'll refund you on Patreon.

If you have a year-long subscription then sign up for another year-long subscription on the new site we'll issue a prorated refund on Patreon.

I logged in with my email and I'm not seeing my paid subscription show up

Here are four potential reasons why you may log in and not see a comped subscription on the new site

  1. You used a different email account to sign up for Patreon. Look in Patreon to confirm your email address is the same as you've entered on the new site.
  2. You signed up to Patreon through your apple account and it protected your email address. On our end, there are some users with an email address that looks like this: abcd1234@privaterelay.appleid.com. If you think this is the case, email us: askprospectslive at gmail dot com
  3. Your most recent payment on Patreon was declined. In this case, cancel your Patreon subscription and sign up for a subscription on the new site.
  4. We screwed something up in the import. Anything is possible, we'll dig in to your Patreon account and new site account to see what's going on. Email us: askprospectslive at gmail dot com
